A holistic approach to helping you move beyond pain
Pilates is where it all began for me. It helped me out of my own back pain and continues to be the foundation of my work. But over time, I realised that movement alone isn’t always enough—especially for clients living with persistent, non-traumatic pain. That’s why I offer more than Pilates for pain at Fascial Soul.
Pain is complex. It’s not just about muscles or joints—it’s about the nervous system, past experiences, stress levels, and how safe your body feels in the moment. So I’ve expanded my toolkit to include three powerful, complementary therapies:
Neural Reset Therapy® (NRT)
Fast, gentle, and surprisingly effective
NRT works directly with your nervous system—not your muscles. Using light touch and specific movements, we stimulate mechanoreceptors (specialised nerve endings) to “reset” the muscle tension your brain is holding onto. There’s no deep pressure, no needles, no stretching. You stay fully clothed, and the results can be immediate.
Clients often say it feels like magic. But it’s neuroscience. And for many, it’s the missing piece in their pain journey.
Rossiter Stretching
Deep fascia work with active client involvement
Rossiter is a powerful, two-person stretching technique that targets the fascia—the connective tissue that wraps around muscles and joints. It’s not passive. You, the client, are actively involved in the stretch, helping your body release tension and restore mobility.
It’s intense, but in a good way. And it’s especially effective for stubborn pain patterns like plantar fasciitis, shoulder tightness, or hip restriction.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
Changing how your brain interprets pain
PRT is based on the idea that many types of chronic pain are “learned” by the brain—and can be “unlearned” through gentle cognitive and somatic techniques. It helps you reframe your pain, reduce fear, and build new neural pathways that support healing.
This isn’t about ignoring pain. It’s about understanding it, and working with your brain to change the story it’s telling your body.
Why This Matters
Each of these therapies works in a different way—but they all share one goal:
To help your body feel safe enough to move, heal, and thrive.
Some clients come to me for Pilates and discover that NRT helps them release tension they didn’t know they were holding. Others start with Rossiter and realise they need the nervous system support of PRT. Many benefit from a blend, tailored to their unique story.
You Are Not Just a Body in Pain
At Fascial Soul, I don’t treat symptoms—I support people. That means listening deeply, adapting constantly, and creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, navigating long-term pain, or simply curious about reconnecting with movement, I offer more than Pilates because you deserve more than a one-size-fits-all solution.
